A visionary with over 20 years in senior leadership at Microsoft, CNN, and BMW who left the boardroom to build a legacy rooted in purpose. As a Maxwell Certified Coach, she fuses rare strategic insight, deep integrity, and people-first leadership to shape Elvar into more than a business, making it a platform for transformation, significance, and lasting impact.
A former Special Forces Commander and UAE Armed Forces HR Director with over 30 years of elite military leadership. He brings unwavering discipline, strategic vision, and deep emotional intelligence to shape a new kind of real estate leadership, one rooted in service, character, and lasting legacy.
Erick is a licensed Realtor and founder of houzMe Afrika, a collaborative partner of Elvar. With years of experience and a global vision, he’s on a mission to transform real estate across Africa through innovation, integrity, and people-first service. Known for his collaborative leadership, Erick is passionate about connecting African property markets to the world, and the world to Africa.
